If ur hubby love chili, maybe u should try to cook this simple chilli ikan bilis. can be kept in fridge, take them out to reheat if u wan to eat them with rice or use it to cook with other dishes. Yummy!
-Chili paste buy from super market
-prepare asam water, from super market - take 1 table spoon of asam and mixed with water, throw away the seeds, put aside
-ikan bilis fried them w oil till crispy, put aside
-cut 1 onion into long strand stir fry them with oil, add chili paste stir fry and add sugar (add more if chili is too hot)and little bit of salt
-after chili paste is ready, pour asam and lower fire to boil till gravy become thick
-throw in ikan bilis tat u had already fried them in oil, off the fire, faster mixed them evenly and serve to dish.if mixed too long the ikan bilis will become soft and hard to chew.
(we wan the ikan bilis to remain crispy so just off the fire and mixed even and take them out of the cooking pan. store them in containter and put them in fridge for future use.)
is tat easy to cook? i love to eat them with rice, and i use them to fried rice!! YUMMY!
